Mr. Hamlin is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Association of Neurosurgical Physician Assistants. His professional interests are complex spine surgery, and deformity correction.

Lance and his wife have two children. He enjoys the abundant camping, hiking, running, mountain biking, and sports with his kids here in the Durango area.
