How to Make an Appointment

Office Hours

Our office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

To make an appointment at Durango Orthopedics in Colorado, please call 970-247-5362 or you can call our toll-free number, 1-800-524-9821. You can also fill out the appointment request form below and our Patient Care Coordinator will contact you regarding your request. Please schedule your appointments as far in advance as possible, and give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your appointment.

If you already have an appointment and would like to pre-register with one of our physicians or physician assistants, please click here.

If you have a new injury or condition, or you have not been seen in the office for a while, or if you are a first time patient, please arrive early to update your patient information for the medical record. We will call you to confirm your appointment two days in advance. Bring films, current insurance card and/or worker compensation and motor vehicle information.

Occasionally we will experience delays in our patient schedule due to unforeseen emergencies. Should this happen, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible. We will make every effort to see you during your scheduled time.
