As a courtesy to our patients, Durango Orthopedics will bill your private health insurance—we do not charge for filing insurance claims.

This list is not fully inclusive. We work with many insurance carriers regionally and nationally; in and out of network. Our dedicated staff will work with the patient to set up an acceptable payment plan.

To efficiently and accurately process claims, we must have complete and correct information regarding your coverage in our records. Please contact the billing department if you need assistance or have questions concerning your insurance coverage.

We request that any co-pays be paid on the day of your visit and that you pay your statement balance within 30 days. Patients who do not have insurance or other coverage are expected to pay in full at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For those who are pianning procedures such as surgery, MRI, spinal injections, and nerve conduction studies: Our Financial Counselors will work with you to estimate your out-of-pocket expenses, and will assist you with development of a payment plan.
